Xavier Roussel is Marketing and Communication Director at Dole Fresh Fruit Europe in Hamburg since 2010. He has 20 years of experience in the fruit industry and worked the last 15 years at Dole Fresh Fruit Europe, the European division of Dole Food Company Inc. in various marketing and general management positions in Spain, France and Belgium. Xavier graduated from French business school ESSCA and attended Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD.
