Why measure? Optimising evaluation and target setting
Our speaker Karen Prichard, Senior Director at Echo Research, will elaborate on three case studies in order to reflect on methodologies making evaluation and target setting work: "European Commission", "McDonalds", and "Police Force".
About the speaker:
After an Honours Degree in French and Philosophy from University College, London, Karen spent a substantial period in the global shipbroking and ship management industry as a senior manager/trainer, working with both the MOD and NATO and helping development of the first systems for email communication with vessels. Karen joined Echo in 2005, managing the Utilities, Government and Environment Practice with an extensive portfolio of clients including government departments, oil and nuclear companies and more recently banks and financial organisations. Karen is currently a Senior Director at Echo responsible for overseeing a four year media analysis framework contract for the European Commission, with daily analysis of all media types for all 27 member states plus other third countries.
The Webinar will take place on Thursday, May 23rd and begins at 5pm (CET) and run for an hour. Participants will have the chance to pose their questions.
