EACD Webinar on Employer Branding

Thursday 16 June 2016

The EACD is happy to announce the new date for the “Employer Branding” Webinar which will now take place on Thursday, June 16th at 5.00pm (CET).

This Webinar is a joined session by Martin Camphausen, Head of Corporate Communications & Spokesperson at Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken e.V. and Anke Maibach, Marketing Manager Central Europe at Tata Consultancy Services Deutschland GmbH who will give insights into challenges and important parameters that need to be taken into account as well as success stories based on the two company cases outlined below.

The multi-channel employer branding campaign "Teamgeist erleben" ("experience team spirit") of Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken (Red Cross Hospitals Frankfurt) was launched in March 2015 and caused a sensation for German clinic communication within one year winning a number of awards for its strategy as well as approachable and natural presence. The Corporate Communication department of the two clinics located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main (Germany) combines all communications activities, the development of an employer brand as well as HR marketing and recruiting processes. This integrated approach was implemented in 2014 and is recognized as a game-changing best practice example.

With a local workforce of more than 1,000 employees, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has a significant hiring need for German locals. After undertaking an employer value positioning research with an external partner reaching out to employees and candidates from TCS’ talent pool database early 2015, a new claim and creative concept has been developed. A new, digital responsive,  career landing page with a redefined local employer brand has been launched end of 2015. Social media campaigns promoting local employee testimonials for predefined target groups have been launched in January 2016. Currently, TCS is in the stage of finalizing a local Brand Ambassador program.

The Webinar will take place on Thursday, June 16th at 5.00pm (CET) and run for an hour. Participants will have the chance to pose their questions.

The session will run on the platform "Adobe Connect"; for technical requirements please refer to the following link: A link with the log-in details will be circulated to all registered participants a little closer to the date.
