Oliver has over 20 years’ experience in reputation research and established RepTrak’s presence in Australia in 2017. Prior to that, Oliver was Managing Director of AMR, one of Australia’s leading Market Researchcompanies. Before working at AMR, Oliver was employed for 5 years at Harris Interactive in New York. In 2024, Oliver moved to the EMEA region giving him the opportunity to work closely with multi-nationals in this region. Oliver is regarded as one of Australia’s experts in Reputation Measurement and Management. His expertise is highly regarded and is frequently asked to provide views and insights in Board rooms and the C-Suites.
Harry Foster, SVP of Advisory (EMEA), the RepTrak Company.
Harry Foster is EMEA’s Advisory lead, working with the company’s largest clients across the region over the past 8 years. He has extensive experience across multiple sectors (Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food and Drink), and leads a broad portfolio of Multinational clients. He is a business strategist with extensive experience in Reputation, Brand and Product Development. He specialises in data driven consulting and advisory services for large companies specialising in the area of reputation management, risk and ESG.

Tereza is a PR and communications professional with over 20 years of experience and proven success achieved working for various multinational organisations. Over the years, Tereza has helped deliver award-winning communications programmes and successful projects in the areas of internal/external communications, media relations, social media and brand management, acquisitions, culture change, and others. After having lived and worked in the UK for 12 years, Tereza relocated to Germany in 2018 and now manages Global Media Relations at Boehringer Ingelheim. Since 2014, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Czech British Chamber of Commerce in London leading communications; in 2022, she was appointed a Chair. Originally a linguist, with a Master’s Degree in English and Spanish, Tereza also regularly contributes to various publications and occasionally provides PR and communications as well as mentoring services to both organisations and individuals.
