Meet our coaches:

*Steph Bailey, Director & Partner, FleishmanHillard Fishburn

Stephanie Bailey has almost 15 years’ experience as a corporate affairs adviser to some of the world’s leading companies and brands, including Chevron, Samsung, Intel, Rolls-Royce, HSBC and many more.  She joined the Corporate team as Director and Partner in April 2015.

Steph previously ran the Corporate and Technology practice at Red Consultancy offering services including crisis communications, media and stakeholder relations and digital engagement.  Before Red she worked at Edelman where she was UK lead for Chevron’s Central and European corporate affairs campaign. The project involved significant issues and crisis management as well as stakeholder, media and digital engagement strategies for all of the core markets.

Steph spent eight years working at Hill + Knowlton Strategies, working her way up into the role of Acting Head of Energy & Industrials. In her time there she was UK client lead for some of the agencies biggest clients including SABIC, Nord Stream and Statoil and delivered award winning corporate media and stakeholder engagement campaigns. Stephanie Bailey holds a MA Hons in Italian and European Studies.

*Nick Andrews, Senior Vice-President & Senior Partner, FleishmanHillard Fishburn

Nick has been a communications consultant for over twenty-five years. He has worked for FleishmanHillard for the last ten years, recently moving back to FH’s London office after twenty years in Brussels.

Nick is a corporate communicator, specializing in messaging, positioning, thought leadership, issues campaigns and crisis management. He is the EMEA Reputation Management lead and, in this capacity, manages pan-European and global accounts, mobilizing the FH network to serve client needs. He is a generalist and has worked with clients from, inter alia, airlines, chemicals, financial services, food & beverage, healthcare, insurance, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and transport. Nick was a scholar at Worcester College at Oxford University from where he has an MA in Modern History, is a Fellow of the RSA, and is a lead singer in a rock band, where he also plays the guitar if it is not too hard.
