The EACD offers coaching days, whereby qualified speakers offer an intensive training session, in the form of workshops, for communicators interested in learning in depth about a particular aspect of communications.

The upcoming Coaching Day, held in Vienna, will focus on litigation PR and will take place on April 21 2015 from 9:00 to 12:00 at Ecker & Partner.

“Manchmal mag es ungerecht sein, manchmal übertrieben, aber in einer Unternehmenswelt, in der die Justiz den Konzernen oft unterliegt, ist es mitunter die schärfste Waffe gegen Wirtschaftskriminalität. Es ist das Urteil der Öffentlichkeit. Manchmal wiegt dieses am schwersten.” “Die Zeit”, Ausgabe Nr. 18, 25. April 2013

That quote from the “Die Zeit” illustrates how important professional communication is when companies and managers are confronted with a legal case. And those cases have increased within the last years and will continue to do so.

The aim of this EACD Coaching Day session is to give senior communication managers insights into litigation PR and showcases. Why is litigation PR relevant? What can be achieved?

Basic rules of litigation PR

The role of the lawyer as partner and communicator

How can communication support the legal case?

Insights & Discussion

Who is this for?

This session will be useful for any senior communications manager in preparation for a legal crisis.

What to expect

Two senior litigation PR consultants will talk about basic rules as well as insights based on their years of experience. A high level lawyer will add to the picture with his experience in prominent cases. We expect a lot of questions and lively discussions.

We are looking forward to welcoming our the trainers:
