Mark your calendars and save the date for a special EACD Netherlands networking event, hosted by the Schiphol Group: Communications in Times of Crisis: How Credibility and Decisiveness underpins Reputation and Trust.

Director Corporate Affairs, Royal Schiphol Group, Kees Boef will share his insight on the complexities of communicating at times of crisis in the aviation sector. Recent events in aviation underline the importance of retaining trust, demonstrating professionalism and safeguarding reputation. Divergent political and public opinions, the instantaneous spread of misinformation via social media, often highly emotive subject matter, complex supplier and partner relationships, all demand an expert approach to orchestrating and leading communications.

This is a not-to-be-missed special event on a very topical issue which is of interest to all communications professionals. Places are limited so early booking is highly recommended.
