EACD Netherlands | Leading Leadership Communications Strategy Through Shifting Needs
Meeting your people where they are today; the end of one size fits all.
As a communications leader, you know that the traditional “one-size-fits-all” approach to employee engagement is no longer effective. But how do you tailor your leadership communication to truly resonate with a diverse, evolving workforce?
Join us on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, for an exclusive, in-person event at the Randstad Groep Nederland headquarters in Diemen, hosted by the EACD and Corien Niezing, Director Corporate Communications & Reputation at Randstad Group Netherlands.
During this inspiring afternoon, we will dive deep into the future of internal and leadership communications:
- Leading Through Transformation: Sarah Campbell Donia (Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Randstad NV) will join us for an interactive interview. Drawing from her vast global experience navigating high-stakes business transformations, she will share practical insights on how to inspire teams, bridge diverse cultures, and connect with people across their different life stages.
- The Life Stages Perspective: Oscar van Mourik (Senior Behavioral Scientist, Randstad) will present his human insight-driven research on why organizations must move away from generational myths. He will introduce the five crucial life stages of employees—from the uncertain newcomer to the seasoned mentor—and demonstrate how to build actionable, targeted communication strategies for each.
