Navigating The Value Space Paradigm

‘Think global, act local’ It’s a phrase we’ve all heard. Especially communication professionals within global corporations, having to consider a plethora of different audiences in and from all corners of the world, with different needs, interests, issues and questions. And as we also know, it’s a lot easier said than done. So how can we make a meaningful connection with audiences and move people with our communication, in a world where we are seemingly more divided?

During our first-in-a-long-time in person session, we will have a look at how organizations and society identify and how, as an organization, you can link to trends and elements in a way that matters and is authentic. Our guest speaker Martijn Lampert, Research Director at Glocalities, has conducted 7 years of values research in 35 countries, among more than 300,000 people. His research unveils the world of cross-cultural values, mythological archetypes, ties between the global and the local level and the relation with sustainability. During the session, Martijn will share learnings and examples of his findings while tying them to our world today.
