Speakers:

Caroline Holme, Executive Director, GlobeScan

Caroline Holme is Executive Director at GlobeScan, an international insights and advisory firm specializing in trust, sustainability and engagement.

Caroline leads GlobeScan’s team in London, advising leading global companies, NGOs and governmental organisations, including IKEA, Nestlé, Unilever, the Marine Stewardship Council, Fairtrade and the European Commission.

She has three decades of experience in stakeholder and consumer consultations and regularly briefs organisations on business and society trends and implications. Caroline specialises in helping organisations develop and implement effective stakeholder and consumer engagement strategies and pioneered GlobeScan’s very first online collaboration forum, in 2012, with Unilever.

Caroline joined GlobeScan in 2007, having held senior consultancy and client-side roles in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is a member of the GlobeScan Management Team.

 


Shanna Wendt,
Vice President of Communications, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

For more than 20 years, Shanna has worked in international corporate affairs. Today, she leads the communications function at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where she is transforming communications technology and culture, with a focus on the company’s growth strategy and purpose, sustainability leadership and employee advocacy. Her team is responsible for all aspects of external and internal engagement, as well as the digital communications strategy. She also provides strategic communications guidance to the executive office. Prior to Coca-Cola, Shanna spent several years in Switzerland with The Dow Chemical Company in leadership and management roles in public affairs, marketing and business communications. Shanna began her career in newspaper journalism in the US. She graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in journalism and French and has studied at INSEAD. She has three children and calls the UK home.
