EACD Webinar | The Devil Is in the Bias: Why Your AI-Enabled Comms Tools Need an Ethics Audit
Algorithmic bias in AI-enabled internal communications and employee-experience platforms
AI is mainstreaming comms fast, but few teams have asked whether the tools they’re deploying are quietly reproducing bias.
This session unpacks how algorithmic bias shows up in content generation, audience targeting and sentiment analysis, why it’s already costing companies trust and revenue, and what a practical 90-day governance plan looks like.
You will also leave the session with a free downloadable AI Transparency Charter template.
