EACD Webinar | The forces you do not see. Why outcomes do not tell you how to improve them.
For decades, firms have tracked outcomes: reputation scores, buy intention, trust, NPS. Looking at those numbers tells you where you stand. It does not tell you why you are there, or what to do next. That is why most big decisions about brand, communication and reputation are still taken on assumptions and internal consensus rather than on data.
In this webinar Rene Gerhardus, founder of StakeholderWatch, shows a different approach. Instead of only measuring the position, you also measure the pull: the causal forces that lift or drag your outcomes. What are the net causal effects of news, advertising, customer experience, word of mouth, trade wars, inflation, or protests? Once you can see which of those forces is moving your outcomes, and by how much, you know where to intervene, and you see the effect building months before sales or reputation surveys would show it.
StakeholderWatch has developed a way to estimate these causal forces daily for a firm, and it is available now. The session closes with a real case: how the forces behind a brand’s outcomes shifted over time, what the firm saw at the time, and what it could have seen.
What you will take away:
- Why outcome tracking alone does not improve outcomes, and why that keeps decisions ungrounded
- What causal intelligence measures, and how it differs from correlation and classic outcome-based dashboards
- How to read the forces behind your own outcomes and decide where to act
- A real example, start to finish
For communication, brand, insights and strategy leaders who want decisions on reputation and behaviour to rest on evidence rather than assumption.
