Escaping evil: how to build reputation in sectors people love to hate

Is it “game over” for companies’ reputation in heavily regulated sectors?

Or is it still possible to overcome scrutiny and crises to build favourable perceptions among key stakeholders?

In this event Caliber will present key findings from a recent global reputation study together with EACD in the financial services sector, and draw conclusions on how companies can build trust and reputation despite operating in sectors that “people love to hate”.

The presentation will include a discussion around perception drivers across ages and countries, the difference between what companies do and how they behave, and a look into what the future holds.

We will then hear company-specific reflections from a leading practitioner in Denmark: LB will talk about how its business model and culture form the basis of its reputation.
