The Ukrainian Association of Public Relations (UAPR) and the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) in partnership with the company Microsoft Ukraine are introducing the new format of meetings with prominent European PR professionals – EU&UA Communication Chat.

The main goal of the project is to provide the ongoing platform for professional and educational exchange between Ukraine and European countries in the area of public relations. Video conference allows international professionals to share the latest tendencies, know-how and developments in PR in the EU and Ukraine.

The sixth event, devoted to the topic of multi-channel crisis response, will take place at the office of Microsoft Ukraine.

“According to our mission of establishing a partnership with the best European practices, the EACD is in complete support. We look forward to the further development of Ukraine’s vibrant corporate communications and public relations community through partnership with UAPR,” emphasized Viktoria Mykhno, EACD Board Member.

The issues to be discussed during the chat:

1. The most effective recipes for preventing crises in companies: analyses of risks, simulations, anti-crises team set-up, etc.
2. Latest trends in the area of crises prevention.
3. Major principles of fighting crises in the area of full openness and post-truth society when negative news and lies circulate much better than any positive or truthful statements.
