Maijastiina Rouhiainen-Neunhäuserer, PhD, founder and strategic advisor at FINDINGS
She is an independent consultant, known for her expertise in leadership communication. Holding a PhD in leadership communication and its development, Maijastiina has over two decades of experience as both a consultant and an in-house communication director. She provides strategic advice on change, ESG/impact, and crisis communication to C-suite leaders and organizational communicators, while also serving as a transformative executive team and design thinking coach. Her portfolio includes a line-up of multinationals such as Ball Corporation, eBay, and Facebook, along with APCO Worldwide. Furthermore, she is a visiting lecturer and keynote speaker at various institutions, encompassing universities and leadership development organizations.
Annemie Ress, founder and CEO of Purple Beach
She is known for her unique and results driven perspective towards organisational, leadership and strategic challenges, Annemie’s ability to create real change is legendary. She has an impressive track record in designing and implementing significant organisational change and transformation in multi-national businesses.
