Alexandra Hentschel, Co-founder and Managing Director at Kademy
Alex has over 15 years’ experience creating and implementing world-class learning and development programmes for global communication functions. As co-founder and Managing Director of Kademy, she leads a team committed to helping the most progressive communication leaders and their teams develop the capabilities needed for success today and in the future. Before setting up Kademy, Alex was Training Director for Gartner’s Communication Practice and played a key role in integrating the CEB and Melcrum training portfolios post-acquisition.
Tereza Urbankova, EACD Board Member and Global Media Relations Senior Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim
Tereza is a PR and communications professional with over 20 years of experience and proven success achieved working for various multinational organisations. Over the years, Tereza has helped deliver award-winning communications programmes and successful projects in the areas of internal/external communications, media relations, social media and brand management, acquisitions, culture change, and others.
Kelly Smith, Head of PR & Content at Hitachi Europe
Kelly has spent more than 20 years working in PR and communications for multiple brands and businesses, in both large communications agencies and in-house teams. Her current role as head of PR and content for Hitachi Europe sees her managing both internal and external teams, crossing multiple markets and industries. As a large conglomerate with more than 320,000 employees worldwide, Hitachi is focused on its Social Innovation business and is working to help become a climate change innovator helping government, cities and companies cut carbon.
