Andy Pharoah

Andy Pharoah is Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Sustainability & Strategy for Mars, Incorporated. Reporting to the Wrigley President, Martin Radvan, Andy is a member of Wrigley’s Leadership Team, the Mars Corporate Affairs Leadership Team and the Mars Sustainability Leadership Team. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of Corporate Affairs, leadership of Global Sustainability, and leadership of the development and deployment of Wrigley business strategy. Born at an early age, Pharoah joined Wrigley in 2008 as EU Corporate Affairs Director based in Munich. Previously he spent thirteen years with international communications consultancy, Hill & Knowlton, where he worked with a wide range of companies, Governments and NGOs, as Head of the Corporate Practice for Europe, Middle East and Africa. His early career was spent working in UK politics. Andy Pharoah is a member of the Board of Directors for Keep America Beautiful; and President of the International Chewing Gum Association. Pharoah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of Leicester and resides in Chicago. Skills and areas of expertise for mentoring: career planning, broad skills in relation to different communication areas, operating at a strategic level, leading team performance and development (people skills), building a personal brand (influencing skills), building effective networks and relationships (incl. at C-suite level), personal effectiveness, impact (results skills), established business acumen
