Blanca is seasoned change management professional with experience in global multinational companies, managing complex change management and engagement programmes; implementing new operating models; driving global integrated relational marketing activities and leading global teams. Most of her professional career has taken place in Amadeus, a global travel technology company where she held different global roles related to employee communication, integrated relational marketing activities, and strategic communication support to the Global Executive Leadership team. She is currently working at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), as Head of Operations Change Management managing global transformation projects and will soon take over as Head of Customer Experience. Prior to IATA, Blanca was Global Head Internal Communication in Sandoz, the leading generics pharmaceutical company from the Novartis Group. She led the team responsible for Sandoz global internal communication initiatives, managing the internal information flow between the global Sandoz Executive Committee and Sandoz associates worldwide.
