Kristian Hvilen

Kristian Hvilen is the Managing Partner of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Norway.

Rud Pedersen is a rapidly growing public affairs consultancy and one of the largest Nordic consultancies specializing in the field of public affairs.

Kristian came to Rud Pedersen from his position as corporate and government affairs Director for the Nordic region at Mondelez International, the world’s leading snack company, where he drove the public affairs, crisis management, corporate and leadership communications agendas across the four Nordic markets.

Prior to Mondelez, Kristian was Corporate Relations Manager for Northern Europe with Diageo, the world’s largest alcohol producer, and had public affairs and corporate communications strategies as his main focus areas.

He has studied political science and international marketing and has been a frequent guest lecturer on reputation management, external and internal communications at the Norwegian School of Management.
