For more than 20 years, Shanna has worked in international corporate affairs. Today, she leads the communications function at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where she is transforming communications technology and culture, with a focus on the company’s growth strategy and purpose, sustainability leadership and employee advocacy. Her team is responsible for all aspects of external and internal engagement, as well as the digital communications strategy. She also provides strategic communications guidance to the executive office. Prior to Coca-Cola, Shanna spent several years in Switzerland with The Dow Chemical Company in leadership and management roles in public affairs, marketing and business communications. Shanna began her career in newspaper journalism in the US. She graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in journalism and French and has studied at INSEAD. She has three children and calls the UK home.
