Tereza is a senior communications and reputation management leader with extensive international experience helping global organisations strengthen corporate reputation, engage stakeholders, and navigate complex communications challenges. After spending 12 years living and working in the UK, she relocated to Germany in 2018 and currently leads Global Media Relations at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Originally trained as a linguist, she holds a Master's degree in English and Spanish from Masaryk the University in the Czech Republic. Tereza also serves on the boards of the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD), the European Women's Management Development (EWMD) International Network, and the Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC).
