The Working Group Employee Engagement was founded with the intention of providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and strategies amongst those communications professionals responsibile for internal dialogue within their organisation or company. Internal communication and engagement is crucial in ensuring effective information and knowledge management but also in fostering a sense of unity within a company which can be decisive in the case of a crisis.
